Confirmation expired

What it means

Nobody confirmed the action within 15 minutes, so it will never run. Ask again for a new confirmation if it is still wanted.

What to do

The action did not run and never will. If it is still wanted, make the same request again: it answers 202 with a new confirmation for the person to confirm within 15 minutes.
