What it means

The workflow template reaches a delivery — its own action, a step's, or a sub-workflow's — which POST /runs never starts, with any credential. Deliver against a requirement with POST /api/v1/delivery-requirements/{id}/deliver (delivery:write, a guarded action); publish to a social platform in the app.
