Invalid project hierarchy

What it means

The org's project hierarchy rules do not allow this: the project type is not allowed under its parent's type (or at the root, or above a sub-project's type), or the tree would be more than five levels deep. detail names the rule; the rules are set in the app.

What to do

Pick a project type the org's rules allow at that place, or another parent. The rules (which type may hold which) are set in the app under Projects → Project Hierarchy; an untyped project may go anywhere.
