What it means

The completed multipart upload is not size_bytes long, so it was discarded and the upload failed; start a new upload with the file's exact size.

What to do

The parts were discarded. Start a new upload with the file's exact size_bytes and send every part of exactly part_size_bytes (the last part: the rest).
